Pilgrim and Magma Mine Tailings Stabilization

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to determine the best way to stabilize the mine tailings from the Magma and Pilgrim mines to prevent migration of the contaminants, and to support remedial decisions for the sites. The Pilgrim Mine and Magma Mine are located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in north-west Arizona, approximately 23 miles northwest of Kingman, AZ.
