State Route 64 Passing Lane Preliminary Design

The preliminary passing lane design is conducted to alleviate southbound traffic on State Route 64. The passing lane will begin at mile marker 204 and go to mile marker 201. This design includes analysing the existing conditions of the roadway, conducting a hydraulics and hydrology analysis, passing lane design, traffic control plan, and a cost estimate.
