Preliminary Cost Analysis

Preliminary costs have been analyzed using constraints from the final design. Bid prices have been prepared using ACE construction costs and equipment usages. Shown below is the cost analysis for the recommended design for Schultz creek. Unit prices were found as;

The unit prices stated above were approximated using ACE construction costs, technician costs, Flagstaff Native Plant & Seed, and Cemex rock pricing. Shown above is the construction cost analysis of the final design. Shown below is the engineering cost analysis.
