Cost of Implementation

The estimated cost to re-sequence Cell D is $16.5 million dollars. The cost of excavation and processing equipment, except for the trommel screen and vibratory screener, and cycle hauling were determined using RSMeans. Stormwater management costs were also determined using RSMeans. RSMeans is software that estimates construction and earthwork costs by considering cost of equipment and labor.

Cost of Engineering Services

The total cost of engineering services for this project was calcualted to a total cost of $31,000. A total of 470 hours was put in to this project by AEES over the duration of 5 months.
